Nuestra historia

Fundado en 2019, The Balayage Studio fue creado con una visión simple pero poderosa: construir un espacio donde tanto los estilistas como los invitados se sientan apoyados, inspirados y verdaderamente como en casa.

Desde el principio, nuestra misión ha sido ofrecer más que un simple salón. Queríamos crear un entorno donde los estilistas pudieran prosperar, no solo en la oficina, sino también en sus carreras. Al ofrecer asesoramiento de marketing, apoyo empresarial y mentoría, empoderamos a nuestro equipo para que desarrolle su individualidad, abrace su marca única y construya una carrera sostenible que realmente disfruten.

Igualmente importante, nos comprometemos a mantener un ambiente inclusivo y acogedor para cada huésped que entra por nuestras puertas. Creemos que la belleza nunca debe tener barreras y que cada cliente merece sentirse cómodo, valorado y celebrado.

Equality is at the core of what The Studio represents, and why it exists. The Studio, and those that represent The Balayage Studio will always accept those in the LBGTQIA+ community as well as all ethnicities, and will never support ICE, genocide, or any other atrocity that gets inflicted on minority communities.
Client First Experience. At The Balayage Studio we strive to give our clients our best skills AND ONLY THOSE WE KNOW WELL! Therefore if we are not sure how to do a service, if someone else may be a better fit, or if it's just not our thing we will refer you to a different stylist or salon. We're confident in what we provide, and by providing this everyone is happier. Clients save more money and time, and hairstylist are also rewarded.
