Whitney Carroll

I’ve been supporting myself since I was 19, and my journey to where I am today has been shaped by resilience, hard work, and a true passion for my craft. I started my career in healthcare as a CNA and Med Aide, but after the birth of my first daughter and surviving a life-changing car accident, I decided to completely change paths and pursue my love for beauty.  

 

With the help of friends and family, I earned my cosmetology license and quickly discovered my passion for Balayage. From the very beginning, I knew this was the specialty I wanted to dedicate myself to. Since then, I’ve trained with world-renowned educators, taken countless advanced classes, and refined my skills through thousands of hours of hands-on work. Balayage has become not just a service I offer, but an art form I’ve committed my career to mastering.  

 

In addition to being a stylist, I’m also a business owner, mentor, and lifelong learner. I recently earned my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona Global Campus while running my business and raising a family—a milestone that reflects my dedication to growth and excellence in everything I do.  

 

At home, life is full and lively with my two daughters, two cats, and my long-term partner Ali, who also has two kids. It’s a busy household, but it keeps me grounded and inspired.
