Studio Policies & FAQs
To create a seamless, relaxing experience for every guest, please review the following studio policies prior to your appointment. These guidelines help ensure enough time, care, and attention is reserved for every customied service.
1. Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve all new guest color appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
3. Consultations & Transparency
Please arrive with an accurate hair history including previous color services, at-home color, or extension use. This allows us to create the safest and most beautiful result possible.
4. Adjustments
Your satisfaction is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact the studio within 7 days of your appointment so we can best support you.
